It does not take a rocket scientist any time at all to figure out where web traffic comes from. While your concept for linking & questioning is quite good ... do you really want to draw that kind of attention to this web site?
Think about it for a moment and see if this makes any sense.

... gee we show a bunch of traffic coming in from some site called https://perb.cc I checked it out and you would not believe what I found! They`re doing a poll on who the hottest News Anchor is here in Edmonton. Here is the URL boss, check it out if you like.
Manager to Other Senior Level People
(fine upstanding citizens not into the trade find it disrespetful to women and the population in general)
... I was visiting a web site which linked too ours; where it seems a bunch of locals are having a hey day visiting sex workers in our local Massage Parlours. They`re reporting on just about everything that could go on in Edmonton`s Local massage Parlours .... yeah they don`t leave too many loose ends and provide lot`s of detail right down to pricing names every lurid detail ... you know they even rate the sex workers on a scale of 1 to 10. It`s clear from what I see that the MP business in Edmonton is booming all because of the sex trade. Maybe this would make a good story! Calgary has big news why should Edmonton be left out. Let`s see how far we can drive this in local news.
News Hounds (does not matter what they report, ratings means paycheck)
... yeah this would make a great story ... everyone is always talking about SW etc, etc., crime involved, drugs and here`s bunch of guys who actually openly talk about the sex trade in Edmonton, where they are, what they do, who`s good and bad, etc, etc. Geez quite a bite of detail in some of those posts. You name a place to engage a sex worker in Edmonton and these guys have done it and even recommend it ... look they even have the sex workers involved. This would make a great story.
Local News (every channel, local then national)
... breaking story in Edmonton ... Police and many others are investigating a web site called such and such a information or bulletin board for sex workers and their clients in Edmonton. Population including local 5.0 watches TV ... word is out, Perb gets quite popular, but no one is signing up.
5.0 checks to see what is going on ... maybe there are imports here just like Calgary ... let`s start the raids and see what we come up with ... if nothing at least there will be lot`s of embarrassment for people inside these places the owners, workers and clients. We can`t let this kind of behaviour go on in our fair city.
We could even set up outside some of these so called MP`s and monitor the guys going in and out. Maybe even a good idea if we send some postal mail to their homes just like we do with those people who cruise the streets looking for sex workers, etc, etc. We don`t have to say they were doing anything, just put the fear of god into them, say we were monitoring you entering and leaving such and such the other evening, we know it was you because you received this letter from the City, etc, etc.
This is just a "realistic" opinion. I mean consider the fact that no one will probably ever notice the traffic spike to a web page or two, since no one ever visits those pages in the first place.
