lol, its a Vancouver thing (I think but maybe other cities have them). Basically a whorehouse. Seems to be usually asian ran (at least in Vancouver).
Usually in a apartment or condo. You call them up, get the address, go there, pick a girl, go do your biz, then leave. Usually cheaper than a massage place but you don't get a massage or anything else other than the sex and a shower. Probably about 65% of a massage rate (Vancouver prices at least).
The girls (this is a opinion) usually don't look quite as good. Compared to what the girls look like in Edmonton, they'd be straight up ugly. Well maybe thats a little harsh but Edmonton has qualitly!
