All depends on your definition of sketchy. All I can say is that the area of town would not prevent me from visiting either place. I also think that there is ample parkiing on the streets.

EB - has street parling on Ellice ave (3:30-5:30 excluded) and has a few spots at the back of the building...
Eden - has street parking on Sargent ave (3:30-5:30 excluded) and has a couple of spots at the back(ask first). Sargent is 1 hr limit on the north side ...can't remember if there is a limit on the south side
Hi hunny we are all ready and greet you right away come in the room offer you a drink or an refreshment, visit a little and start the hotub shower for you xo let you get settled in. Takes a couple minutes to fill where you can get comfortable shower xo. THE TIME does NOT start until we come back in the room♥

Thank you all for noticing we @ Eden have a set process to ensure the privacy, discretion and comfort of a guest which is;
1 Free parking is available in the rear of the building. (Horse1957 is 100% correct that we prefer a call if you want to enter from the back so we can provide a great entrance experience. Thank you Horse1957) We have noticed that some guests who prefer to be incognito do park in the lot across the street or on Home Street (just East of us).
(Edit: Street parking is available on Sargent but is limited to 1hr Mon-Sat 09:00-17:30 (see pic))
2 If you walk in the front, you will be warmly welcomed into the reception area after you ring the doorbell
3 You’re asked to sit and relax in our plush reception
4 The room rates and amenities are explained. Room rates: https://www.eden793sargent.com/contact-room-rates (Note: Triple occupancy = regular room rate + $20 for the third occupant)
5 The Guest would be asked if they want to meet the members available and if so, the members interested in spending time with a guest would introduce themselves.
6 The members' do request tips for their time they spend with a guest and a guest can speak with their preferred member privately prior to renting a room if requested
7 You'll be asked if you would like to rent a room to see a member of your mutual choosing. The members' tips for their time are completely separate from room rental. (Bottled water is provided upon request)
8 If you choose to leave, there is no obligation nor charge. However, If you choose to stay with one of our beautiful members, you will need to pay the room rent to the reception and the reception will personally bring you to your chosen room where the mutually consenting member will meet you and your tip transaction is solely with that member. Most members do prefer to change into something more comfortable at this point and that is the limited time spent waiting. Most guests freshen up while alone in the room during this period and the member will gently knock on the door when they return. This is when the time starts.
9 Even at this point, if the guest has not used the room (Showered, used towels and so forth) and has chosen to leave rather than proceed their room fee will be reimbursed.
10 After your time spent with one of our beautiful members; There’s option to leave through the front or back door. We do ensure the halls are clear so your experience is yours, unique and discreet.
