Pretty positive this is fake, agree with all those red flags but you can tell the pictures are stollen because if you look at the second photo , it’s be double watermarked. So they downloaded her photos , then uploaded them and leolist watermarked them again since they do with every photo. That’s the number one way you can tell photos are stollen from providers if people aren’t smart enough to crop that out.
