I love e-bay!!

This last year I've gotten a couple cel phone faceplates, quite a few paintins, lots of loose gems and 1 statue.

Most purchases were great buys... except those emeralds, they could have used another couple hundred years!

Loose gems ??? now that's one I would not have thought of from e-bay ... but I guess you can buy just about anything else ....

E-bay is great for used photographic gear - for those of us who still love film. I have two camera systems, and new equipment isn't being made anymore for either of them. Where once I had to hope that what I wanted would just miraculously appear in the store I happened to be frequenting at that time, now I can check daily for that extra special lens or (photographic) accessory that I have always wanted (but probably shouldn't buy). In the last two years I have bought several items (some new) and have had very little in the way of problems.

and what an awesome symbol it is eh? materialistic, yet always looking for a bargain. even bidding for a bargain. sometimes... even bidding until it's not a bargain anymore!!!
