East Van massage parlours

There are a lot of little east can massage parlours that haven’t had a lot of recent review.
Wondering if anyone can share any gems from any or just hard some light on them .
some one Victoria Drive between 36th and 41st are such as lotus, xanadu, spring, the other one right by spring , best Asian massage etc .
makeover along Kingsway as May’s and seems like some other less reviewed ones .

Excluding Sasa and Phoenix as they have been well reviewed.

I checked out all the ones in Marpole , nothing great ,( Asia spa , hot springs , Marpole spa ) , Victoria Dr ( best Asian massage , Lotus , Xanadu ) nothing great , Mays is on Kingsway but even though it’s in LL doesn’t pop up in searches w Keywords , anyways May is the only one left .
One place has been recently bought and re branded , Bali spa in Kingsway , seems like it could have promise , but only time will tell .

I am not generally a purveyor of the shops preferring independents but along that Kingsway strip, I have dabbled over the past couple years and have found nothing of real interest for my tastes, including Emax, Rainbow, Kings although I recall Summer I believe, sucked me off so hard I thought my left nut might end up in her mouth, and there was one other in there, can't recall the name. Have never tried Phoenix or the Great Pharaoh and the ones that pop up closer to Fraser.

Sara is MMS, $220 1 hour CFS, three girls there at 10:30

I always thought Mimco was HS only. I saw a LL posting in the spring or summer and saw 1 lady advertising that works out of Mimco offering FS. Walked in to check her out but really was NMCOT, so i walked. Older asian, not attractive imo. Apparently she was the only one in that day. Havent been back since.

Spa Paraside is good imo. Eva the mamasan is facially very pretty, and has a nice body as well. She does provide FS but will usually try to give the other girls work first. Seen some decent girls there, but nothing recent or spectacular enough that i can review unfortunately. Standard AMP rates, 140 or maybe 150 for 30 mins. Its a good place to add to the Cambie/Broadway route if youre browsing for a walk-in session

Monica at Spa Paradise is pretty amazing. Enthusiastic. Phenomenal trim, firm bod. I'd put her at early to mid 30's. Perky little breast. CBJ - very enthusiastic. Uses just the right amount of teeth. . Tight kitty. DATY and DATO were well received. CBJ, then 69, then finished in missionary.
Had her yesterday just as they were opening up. Mamasan was vacuuming in a jogging suit. I wouldn't mind taking her for a spin, but I hear she doesn't do FS.
FS 30 for 1.5

Repeat? Hell Yeah!
