It seems fake for some reason. The other ad the person sent was Sabrina but I thought she was like athletic fit but she’s a lil bit chubby which isn’t mcot
As I mentioned, I'm really just here to confirm whether the service is legitimate and not some elaborate scam. I’m not concerned about others' sexual experiences because we all view the world through our own unique perspectives.
The only way to confirm that a particular SP is “legitimate and not some elaborate scam” is by people posting intel about the SP’s they have seen. The information they proceed to provide us with is complete up to them. Whether it be a basic “yes she/he/they are a real person” or a in-depth recount of the experience they had. Whether it be good or bad can be up to the reader themselves. I have read poor reviews and went to see the SP because there was something in the review that caught me eye and made thing well maybe. As well, I have read amazing threads for an SP and not enjoy my time with them.
So, Perb is a valuable source of information. We shouldn’t be judging anyone for the useful information we all try to provide for one another.

A couple of days ago I met with this service provider. Upon arrival, she requested $250, which I promptly e-transferred. After the payment was accepted, none of the agreed-upon services were provided. I became uncomfortable, sensing someone might be in the other room, so I chose to leave.
Typically, I’m cautious about avoiding scams, but my mindset was different that day, and I missed the red flags. Given my past experiences dealing with Surrey EI scammers, I’m especially frustrated with myself for not recognizing this ad as an obvious scam. I'm not sure if this is a glitch, but on leolist when I searched "2673," nothing appeared. However, when I Googled "Leolist 2673," the ad came up. I'm wondering if scammers have found a way to bypass the four-digit search function. I've noticed this issue in the past. Just in case she changes her phone# the location is at 108ave & 137st in Surrey.

After a few intense days of unexpected research, I want to share a word of caution: be careful of not some but all providers in Surrey, especially East Indian providers, as I encountered questionable practices. For a better experience, I recommend the well-established agencies downtown or reputable spas. I had two experiences that cost $250 each, with providers Parmvir - 2673 and Jannat - 5920. Unfortunately, both experiences soured after payment, with attitudes shifting immediately. Also, the phrase “no Black gents, sorry” might be because of their approach to service rather than an actual policy. I believe many of the East Indian ads are managed by shady individuals, and unfortunately, I doubt Leolist will address this issue as long as the revenue keeps flowing.
