next time they should have option "none of the above" on the ballot ....

it would mean .... IMHO all options suck, but I do not want to loose my vote .... please kick out all current set, and give me new options.

Time to clean house and sweep the liberals out. They're the ones who got us in the ditch in the first place. They're the ones who've been overtaxing us for years, get them the fuck out!!!

Ya he sucks

But i am still going to vote for Paully and the Libs....and the last person on earth i would vote for is that piece of shit harper and his f'ing cons.
That man could run microsoft corp into the ground in a week.
He alone would do more damage to Canada in a month if he were in power, than all the other corrupt bastards could do in 100 years.

You should also remember Chretien promised to remove it but then didn't. That promise was broken pretty early but most people don't remember because there have been so many other broken promises by the Liberals.

No names mentioned but someone has to pull his head out of his narrow minded western ass. If you took the time to travel east of the prairies and saw first hand the richness in the diversities between Upper Canada, Lower Canada, the Maritimes and the West, a light might come on in your little head. The whole of Canada is greater than the sum of the parts and that is why we need a strong central government to protect us from small minded people {east and west} from breaking up what is potentially the best place in the world to live. Although I have lived in western Canada for over thirty years, my Canada streches from coast to coast to coast and I will do everything in my power to keep said people and special interest zealots from ruining my home.

How exactly are we "in the ditch"?Our erconomy is doing very well.
We still have a very large debt load that will not be repaid in your lifetime. The amount of the debt is in the $600 Billion range (Paul Martin won't say how much exactly). The annual interest charges alone are some $41 Billion. That money comes out of yours and mine pockets. IMHO I could use that money for more pooning!!!

it's the conservative who got us in this hole in the first place. GST, NAFTA, etc etc. do u think we'd have this much trouble with softwood lumber if r not on NAFTA? not to mention all the dept they incured. n they had their scandal too.

at least the Liberal do balance budget. n paying down dept.

this new conservative also leaning too far right due to legacy of the alliance. the first chance they get they'll try to repeal abortion right n gay right. don't think we won't be affected. they don't like prostitution. that'd be made illegal the first chance they get too. how bout that, eh? illegal to poon. only thing they r good for is they'll try to get rid of gun control. but u know, that's only one issue many ppl might like. but don't ask that question to anybody in indo canadian community in vancouver or ppl in montreal. too many gun fight in those area.

NDP has no chance of getting enough vote to form government.

i'll vote liberal. better them than conservative. don't kid urself that the conservative won't be as corrupted as the liberal once they r in power. politician in power always trying to find ways to enrich themself. remember recently the NDP in local BC voting with the liberal to increase their salary?

this is how i see it. i'll vote liberal. n u can vote whoever u like. we r all adult here n we can make decision for ourselves

FYI there are other Canadian teams with a more storied history than the Leafs, but is is good to know that your knowledge of geography does stem as far as Lake Ontario. For what it's worth "Go Canucks".

You'll be sorry

The last time the Conservatives were voted in power, the economy was altered to accomodate the "friends" of the Conservatives (ie: corporate & financial banking institutions) who alone had benefited.

The resultant shift of wealth from circulation among the general public to a private few caused high unemployment and diminished opportunities for a whole generation. Do you not remember the huge influx of Canadian youth who moved en mass to Vancouver?

Under Harper, you can expect another wave hitting BC in two maybe three years of newly dissaffected youth looking for work.

Fer cryin' out loud -- the Conservatives way upped the debt the last time! Martin at least balanced out the budgets as Finance Minister and has been paying down the debt slowly. The Cons will drive it up again, sure as shootin' -- give a big tax cut to the rich if they get the chance, and keep giving lots of corporate pork. Get a sense of history, before you go to the ballot box.

If only they weren't all weasels....

(and you'll have less chances to poon under the cons, too...they believe in enforcing the laws, guy)

I agree with the last few posts..PCP no way

I amazes me the lack of information Canadian voters will base their decisions on. Conservatives will not, I repeat not represent the general ideal of what we Canadians are all about. Vote Conservative and your voting for a Bush like agenda and mentality. Anything but harper and his band of misfits.

A crook is a crook.

The Liberal party is unfit to govern with it's present roster.

Are this group of Conservatives any better? It looks like we're gonna find out come Tuesday morning.
