Check out Asian fever, they use real photo, handlers good with communication. A little pricey for me now but I've used them in the past always a reliable choice. There are a few other known agencies but I haven't been so I can't comment.
Real life advice: if you’re early 20’s and assuming mom and dad arent still giving you an allowance, please dont be so naive enough to spend 360 for an hour lol. Unless you are some lucky (0.1%) early 20’s millionaire, we know your net worth is less than25 grand.
harsh truth: At your age trust me, u are going to fall in love and drain your bank account and not only will the girls and handlers/business operators not give a single F, they will be laughing at you behind close doors big time
