E transfers?

I have had a good experience with e-transfer with a previous seen sp. I transfered the money but didn't give the password till she arrived and she was okay with that worked well and she is 1 of the best service providers out there. good luck with the e-transfer.
Be very careful about this. Did you see the post a few days ago? Transfers can be collected without a password if the receiver sets that up. This is a new development and I have done it with my own bank account. See thread...

I would say at the very least make sure she has REAL reviews before you send an e-transfer. I would also recommend changing your nickname in your online banking settings. Other than that all should be good

You basically have to be out of your mind to send your banking and personal information to an SP and create a paper trail that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

I guess I need to clarify. I have never, nor will I ever e transfer funds. The “ asked to” part was a long time ago. I have been reading all about the negative experiences; thus my question to balance things out and hear from both sides, out of curiosity.
So my query still stands.

I don't think I'd ever be comfortable sending an e transfer, I've never had a regular girl but if I did then it's possible I could maybe think about doing it.
I know many transactions through the bank can be reversed (credit card payments, direct payments, cheque payments), is it the same with Interac transfers? Is it not a worry for SPs?
