I have listened to some of this stuff about learning the secret of how easy it to pick up women .. It is not me I am not trying to pick up a girl for a one night stand or just go to town picking up girl just to prove i can ... If i am attracted to some one i meet then that is the person I would be interested in dating .. I am not attracted to every woman i see .. just like i don't want to see every escort that is out there ..

You sir, have just described me... I had the ability to drink heavily taken away from me last year, so no more binge drinking for this guy here. Its either that, or die at a young age. I was never really part of the bar scene, I was a workaholic, so when the opportunity to make money arose, I did it. Out came the excuses to not attend late night parties, or go out randomly in the night with friends, and the cash eventually rolled in. Now that I stopped working so much, my friends stopped going out on a weekly basis and decide to stay in for the night, or have a few people over. My social life ended at 18 when I overworked, and now that i\m 23, its harder then ever to start it back up.

Well i never found it to be available any time any where .. .. If you don't drink , then no party's , don't do drugs , ten no party's , don't work in a office or with other large groups of people , then no party's ,, Don't do sports .. then no party's .. and no bars ... it kind of cuts down on opportunities ..

And then on top of that if you are shy , curious , and respect women , and don't look at them as only some one to use as as sex object .. again your not going to be just looking for sex ..

As for the OP, I don't believe there is any shame in dying a virgin as long as you can look back at your life and be proud of what you achieved. Its what went on between the time you were born, and the time you die that count, and if the only thing you look at is sex, how much time did you spend trying to get it? One of my best friends is a virgin, and he openly accepts it and says it will happen when it happens, and hes been happier since hes given up on it.

I wouldn`t necessarily say pua is a bad thing. It`s not all `lines` with prewritten replies. A lot of it is just motivational speaking and social tips from reformed introverts. If you`re naturally shy it can help you break out of your shell and talk to women rather than stay at home watching porn. However, if a 7 foot tall magician in a fur hat offers you advice be wary.

The down side to not being a virgin .. I am on these boards to much... I work in an environment that is full of men, and women are rare(typical of construction). I have been told by numerous girls over the years that as much as they like the attention, they dont ever like getting hit on by 40 year olds, especially when they are in their late teens or early 20's.
