Dunno If This Is Serious?

Hi All,

So I am kinda in a stressful situation, and I need some opinions as to if I should worry and move on or do something?

Wednesday night I'm just casually cleaning my apartment when around 7:30 I get a call from a number I didn't recognize but knew it was local, so I answered. Well, some guy starts yelling at me and I couldn't understand him (he was constantly using profanity). So I hung up and blocked the number, then 2 minutes later I get a text from a 226 number that said, "<her name> has a nice body eh, you f&ck?!" So, this was a local girl who is legit who I met once in January, and we played safe for our visit. So I replied with, "Who is this?" Then I got: "Some guy with herpes!!!" At this point, I told them that I am clean as I got tested recently and then blocked that number. So I am going to get tested again just to make sure, even though it had been 5 months since I met this girl. What worries me is: Even though I am 100% clean, can she try to sue me? Should I just move on? Dunno if it's some kind of prank call or what.

Any help would be appreciated.

She has to prove she got H from you. That would be almost impossible. If she is a working girl she could have been with hundreds of guys since then. How does she figure you are the only one with it?

I'm thinking she (or her pimp) is just trying to rattle a few guys and see if any pay up. I bet a few do.

Could possibly be a jealous or ex bf trying to mess things up for her.

I think my reply if i got a phone call like that . Might be a jokeing well since your telling me that I am not going to have sex with you no matter how much you pay me. Also your really rude and do not sound like my type . ( after all why else is he telling me about his sex history unless he wants to have sex with me?)

I would not tell a strager using profane language at me on the phone that I got an sti test . The olny people that need to know that are the people who run the sti testing place and my sex partners.
Even if the guy does have herpes and even if he was a sexual virgin and the oly women he had sex with was your sp. He still cant prove that you where the one who gave the sp herpes.

As Far as herpes Goes it is one of the std's that is very hard for testing faciltys to test unless they get a sample from an open sore. and sorry to say this unless you had sexual intercorse where she had on a female condom use of a regular condom does not prevent herpes The Guide to getting it on has herpes under the chapter" STis that condoms do not prevent" .

That being said potentally every customer that used a male condom to have sex with her could have given her herpes .

Not a medical doctor and I am not perscribing anything here but you can pick up lysine at your local drugstore or helth food shop. here is some info on it some say it helps prevent outbreaks

And then tell him you're calling the cops and he better hope they find him before you do.

All what people? It was mentioned by only two people in this thread. And for some reason the mention of being tested means they have never been tested. Thats some weird logic you're using.

There is a test for herpes other than swabbing an open sore. You have to ask your Dr for it and it will cost you out of pocket about $100. Does anyone consider that too expensive?
Anyone not willing to pay $100 probably doesn't want to know the results.

From a single visit back in January? Highly unlikely, I would think!
To the OP...You say her ads are down and numbers changed? You happen to be one of those dudes that saves ladies pics?
Try google image search to see if her pics show up on another ad.
Or google the phone number you had, it should bring up the old ads.
