A quick google search says yes, it's the same thing as a pre nup, but signed after a couple are married, and subject to a lot more scrutiny

Bezos Amazon will be broken up with that US law that broke up monopolies like Standard oil in the 1920s. If you look at Amazon store, the prices are no different than a regular mall store. Has to do with Manufacturers agreeing to online pricing the same as that in stores. So all that merchandise is being sold at Amazon instead of the mall (retail) store. So Bezos gets richer. Volume. Think big ticket item like drills, mixers, breadmakers etc.
Also the marketing on Amazon is atrocious. When you go to buy a tool, like an electric drill, they don't give parameters/info on the drill fully. Stuff like material, disposal, etc.
The ma and pa store is gone.
I would like to see Walmart get limited to 1 store per 200,000 people, which will give independants a better chance.
As for getting divorced, unless he has a prenup, wife will usually get half.

Amazon and Bezos is really a surprise to me. I've never, never bought a single thing on Amazon and I honestly don't know a single person that has used Amazon. It is typically the most expensive site online; usually end up buying from another source online or in store. Maybe I'm just not shopping for Amazons target merchandise.
Isn't it supposed to be half the assets acquired during the relationship? Anything that you have coming in, you keep going out. Complicated if you lost some of your original assets during the relationship and regained your lost assets during the relationship.
