If not mistaken.... I think she also mentioned Non essential "Medical" practitioners will be able to return to work soon. IE Massage... Does this mean Massage parlors will open?? Damn.... we needs to get the sex trade workers on this list as well.... hell as far as I am concerned they should be declared essential services....

There's a difference between contact tracing and tracking your every movement. They are doing contact tracing of confirmed Covid cases, I'd imagine they have been doing it for awhile now. No, "they" are not using smartphones, etc. to track the movements of people confirmed to have Covid. Now, if you're paranoid about smartphone location services, smartphones pinging cell towers without you knowing, GPS tracking ability in your vehicle, etc. - well, "they" have been tracking you long before Covid

Apparently you don't know the difference between screening and testing. A guy with a laser thermometer zapping your temperature before entering a store is screening you - they are not testing you.
