What are the options for downsizing.

Been looking at trailers/motorhomes.

I still have stuff I can use like garage stuff table saw etc. for a 10 by 20/30 price is about 300-400/month

It would be nice to travel, so I was thinking truck and camper as a second choice.

Permanent base options when I get older and can't move around -renting again??

Piece of land acreage and put a container on?? Container prices??

I assume you mean to buy land and a container for storing your extra belongings, not to actually live in? I predict that within a week someone will have broken into your container and removed anything of value if you don't live on the same land. When you rent storage you are paying for security. Just don't forget to keep up your payments - there are whole reality tv shows based on people bidding for the right to take your belongings if you get behind in your rent on your storage unit lol.

Curious why you'd think trailer before townhouse or condo? Cost?

Trailers don't accrue in value, they devalue. And upkeep can be harsh depending on climate and state of trailer.

How about RV? I read somehwere that there are people who retire and sold their place and travel the world, go on curise. Depends when and where you go some professional actually calculated that is i cheaper to keep traveling to different places and in cheap hotels.AirBnb during low season than to keep a house and don't travel.
