So I called her yesterday to book an appointment at 11am. We agreed at 3pm and she told me to call her at 2:30pm. I called her at 2:30 then at 2:45pm finally getting a hold of her. She mentions that she already has an appt at 4pm so by the time I made it there I would not get a full hour. I thought, well, this might just be a simple booking/operator error. We agreed on the next day at 1pm.
I called her today at 11am to re-arrange our 1pm appt to 3pm. She said no problem and to call her at 2pm. I called her at 2pm and did not get an answer. I thought, I should head downtown so that once I get a hold of her I would be in her vicinity. I called again at 2:15pm, 2:30pm, and finally reached her at 2:45pm only to be told by her that she had an extension because I didn't call her at 2:30pm...WTF?
Seriously, if Candy Girls wants to have consistent customers they should look into a central operator. Having the girl answer her own phone and booking her own calls really isn't working and leaving a bad taste in my mouth.
Has anyone else gone through this pain with Candy Girls?
