I did some work for you and you never paid me for it.

You then had the gall to ask me if I still wanted to see you but pay the full price once I called to seek payment. Not professional. We had an agreement and you forfieted it. Plain and simple..... No sympathy from me.

Maybe not quite that Black and White. What was offered in the post looking for help, and what was negotiated seem to have varied a bit. At the end of the day though, mac is entitled to compensation for his work, just like Annalise feels she was entitled to be paid by Tampdown, and in that situation being paid was a assumption on her part.

Seems you are a selective reader, even Annelise believes she gave him two months to collect, as opposed to having to collect in January. Obviously, while the collection date was posted on this Board it wasn't written in stone. If mac didn't get at least something for what he did for her, I wouldn't count on a freebie for defending her where there is no defence.

My Jeep was fixed by a shop, I even have reciepts, I had my son's friend do some minor repairs and paid him cash and bought the stuff he needed. Before my Jeep, I was living in another province.

I would think if anything you would offer to meet him halfway and ask for half the session fee. If I became friends with an SP and while hanging out she started playing with my junk, a session fee would not be what I was expecting.

Either way, posting your private conversation with him is definitely bad form. SP's are depended on for discretion. Don't be surprised if you are overlooked by clients based on their inability to trust your discretionary skills.

You are right that what I did was wrong. My feelings where hurt, and in that I let them dictait (spelling) my actions. Posting the conversation, in my head, was to help prove my side. Well it didn't do that, all it did was support the subs side even more.

Many conversations happened over the months and months of communication online, I really thought it was clear that I do NOT play with married men for free. My mistake !!

1) All sides have been stated on each issue brought up. If you had a point to make, it has been made or should have been.

You have missed the point entirely. As a professional you are supposed to keep confidentiality. The point is AL has never had much discretion for anyone ever in the industry. When she gets a mood swing look out there will be hell to pay. She doesn’t bother to get proper facts and she reacts in vengeance. History proves that most of the time her claims are fiction. Tampdown’s personal info has already been spread around by her. If she feels someone was wrong she will go to any length to seek revenge.
