In my experience from a time she posted before with another number. There's a strong possibility this may be a fake profile used to blackmail people.
She/they replied to me with only personal information related to my phone number.
The info was from the last person who had the number and of course my B phone. But a fucked up thing for sure.
I think that's pretty clear that She/they were up to no good.
