As usual people without a clue come out of the woodwork to comment.

Sometimes I read people's comments and I just have to shake my head.

I guess you could call most of you "entertaining" to say the least.

I can understand the mullet.....you can take the white trash out of the trailer park but not the trailer park out of the white trash.....or something like that

I've only watched a few episodes of the regular A&E series and for the most part have been fairly unimpressed with the format and overall contrived nature of the characters. However, I'm half way through the 1 hour special where they go through his recent arrest and have to say that there's far more depth to the family then I'd previously given credit. Its sort of like the watching Ozzy and the gang.....they're all extremely odd, totally oblivious to the world around them and how to behave like "normal" people but there's a base line of some sort of decency and love for each other.

Am actually interested in how this finishes

Dog will be fine - the cosmetics heir has no access to his family money (nor do they want access to him) so its not like they are pulling the strings. Some may argue its actually A&E making this barely illegal arrest of dog happen just so they can put out the special and have the world talking about it. My money (and msnbc) is that the idea is to barter his arrest for some other mope who the US has indicted but the mexicans want. Dog has one weird hair style but i like the dude and the show.

Yeah, pretty amazing how warm and fuzzy some ladies become with the right mix of oversized mammaries, impossibly fake nails, a copious dollop of mascara, undersized stilettos, a few litres of peroxide, misplaced collagen injections, and a wardrobe straight out of 1980s' children's wear. Makes my eyes go misty...

A little interesting trivia:

Beth's father was Gary Smith, who played in the Professional Baseball League for the Kansas City Athletics.

Dog and beth named their son after him.

The woman needs to go on serious diet, some of the fucking outfits she pours herself into look like halloween costumes
I saw some pictures of her when she was younger/thinner and it was amazing her facial features looked a lot like Pam Anderson

I just enjoy the irony of these delusional hypocrites complaining when they actually get arrested for jumping bail in Mexico. Dog's defence seems to be that he got legal advice that if he got out of Mexico the government would never bother to go after him. I'm sure that would have been true if you don't become famous and have your own tv show. They keep talking about how they hunted down Luster because of what a scumbag he was but it was all about the Miilion dollar bail. If there was no money to be made they wouldn't have lifted a finger.

I dont give a shit why he went after Lustre... the guy is a fucking psychopath and he was partying under the noses of mexican cops for months

So what if Dog hoped to get the million bucks?

He took a freak off the streets that no one else seemed capable of tracking down, thats good enough for me and a hell of a lot better than the millions stolen each year by corporate america to line their own pockets

The whole thing stinks as usual as per Mexico

WHY did the mexican police ASSIST dog in breaking the law?

He went to them when he located Lustre and said he wanted to take him into custody but needed Mexican police to assist him, which they did.

Dog arrived WITH mexican police to take Lustre into custody then after they had him the mexicans suddenly decide to arrest dog and his crew because bounty hunters are against the law in Mexico?!? WTF kind of bullshit is that?

I think they purposely agreed to assist him so he would show them which bar Lustre was in and take him into custody and now the taco cops can claim the million smackeroos for themselves and thats why they are making a big deal out of nothing.

If they dont allow bounty hunters in mexico why did they agree to assist in the capture?

Dog's deal with the Mexican Police was that he would turn Luster over to them immediately after they caught him. Instead they tried to speed away with Luster to get him out of the country so they could collect their chunk of the bail which would only be paid if he was brought back to the US. If all they wanted to do was bring Luster to justice they would have turned him over to the Mexican police which is what ended up happening anyway.

Uh, where did you hear that Dog tried to speed away with Luster? The mexican police made a deal with Dog that he had to give them $100,000, which he did. Then Dog catches him and the mexican police try to screw him and tell him they want another $100,000 of the $350,000 reward for capturing Luster. So Dog didn't want to give them another $100,000 and they arrested him.

If anything the mexican police are at fault and are so corrupt, they rob tourists walking along the beaches at night.
There was a bogus story published in Mexican papers which was later picked up by other media that had Dog and his crew speeding away with Andrew Luster naked in the trunk of their vehicle, it has long ago been proven false and of no merit.

Pity it is still being repeated.

Pity it was repeated by Leland in the Dog in Jail special I guess he must have not known the true story having been there and all. Since Bounty Hunters only collect their money if they bring the guy in themselves If the authorities catch him the bond is forfeit so I don't know how the Mexican Police would benefit from double crossing Dog on some deal since they ended up with nothing. The only way any money would have been collected is if Luster was brought back to America

I heard opposite from Leland and Duane, they both said the story of having Luster in the trunk and trying to speed out of the country was a crock.
