I have lots to say however the rant would be far to long .....what are your opinions ....was the officer right in his actions?

God what a nightmare...Trigger happy gun culture strikes again. I was looking at the video, and I couldn't see anything at first because I didn't want to, I guess. When I realised what the video was going to portray, I stopped watching...I hope they FIRE HIS ASS.

Unfortunately I did not video the one with the voice ....

To me and it's only my opinion by looking at the video and where he was parked its obvious he pulled over to see what was going, he was doing what several other by standers were doing, they were recording , true he should not of said anything I suppose.... after the police proceeded speaking to him when he was crossing the street (in the cross walk I might add...lol...) he then CALMLY went and put the dog in the car and shut the door I'm sure the last thing on his mind were that the windows were wide open...I did not see him being a jerk or being aggressive and the video I watched the people were talking and it was not about what an ass the guy was being.... heck the dog was wounded after the first shot and was retreating not continuing to attack... he was doing what a dog does when protecting his owner (master) heck I have a 5 pound yorki and he would of done the same ...

I should of asked more clearly ... could they not have used that tazer thing or pepper sprayed him ....
