Does the clock on this board need to be fixed?

[wolverine]

Current time for me is 3:45 PM Mountain.
The time on this board for me is 3:24 PM, and that's only because I have to set my profile to the Buenos Aires time zone!!.

[Marvin]

Yeah, the time has been out by about a half an hour for some time now.

[LonelyGhost]

doing better than I am ... the clock shows 11:13 am GMT ... and its actually 3:35 pm ...

must have had one of the sp's set the clock ...

[Edmonton Mod]

you can adjust it in your profile to your timezone. But alberta.... i can't seem to get it right it is always like an hour off.

[wolverine]

See, if I set my timezone in my profile back to Mountain, it now says that it is 1 PM. Proper time now is 5:21 PM.

[Edmonton Mod]

yeah... just adjust from that time... That is what I did. Mountain is not equal to moutain!! The clock on the server is wrong. I don't know if FZ can even change that??? Some isps don't let you change that. Perb should be a dedicated server probably so he might be able to change it.... I dunno.

I think i am set to western europe time and it is 2.5 hrs ahead.

Vancouver is supposed to 8 hours different from Greenwich, but if I change my time, will all the others change theirs?

Is their a universal way to correct this moderators?

[stryker]

It changes the time for all the posts/pms in the forum for you. It is kinda handy to know what time some thing was posted!

[wolverine]

So Ed Mod, I trust that you will bring this to Fred Z's attention?
