Legal issue is clear
Calgary Bylaw in theory is great. NO SOLICITORING. Plan and simple what goes on betwen two consenting adults is of no issue. What Calgary need is a "FOXES DEN" private club. No walk in the door appointment only, go on line and see who is in for the day, their services and rate schedule. There is only 3 schedule, GFE, PSE, Video. Premium or Facility fee is only $20 more than if you meet the girls of site. What a deal and accross from the second biggest mall in Western Canada. Let the wife shop meet her in a little over an hour later, you both had a great day. Two banks on the corners and 3 more in the mall, cash is close at hand.
By the way for the same fee, you can get picked at the airport in a Limo from and drop you off at your location (free taxi ride with full benefits).
Failing this I think that use of Craig's list should be our first approach, competitive pricing and the providers can fill those time slots. Go look at San Fran and Vancouver, AM rate less $50 - $75, afternoon and evening base rate, late PM $50 - $75 premium.
