7th level magic user casting magic missle, how many d4's do you need to calculate total damage in one roll.

Too true. Actually, last I heard my own school's particular group of locker-pushers ended up a wee bit worse off than that. 2 of them were unemployed junkies, and the other seems to have dropped off the face of the earth.

Wow. gravitas is young enough to have played D&D back in it's heyday? His curmudgeonly rantings always gave me the impression that he was in his late 60s or 70s.

Anyways, the two primary bullies from my high school were in prison the last I heard and one was dying of a terminal illness.

i know, i saw this happen to people as well.
well i guess those people are at their peak at high school.
