I'd imagine you'd have to have a tight, understanding relationship, that on par of being an actual couple, to allow for something like that. Or you have no reason to be discreet....

Why on earth would you even want to consider doing that? The SPs posting photos are posting photos of themselves only about 98% of the time. If the guy is in the photo, his face is blacked out, or you only see the back of him. You would have to be either independently wealthy or very comfortably self employed to even consider putting yourself out there on the net with an SP in a photo. Just plain stupid the very large majority of the time. It's the same as not recognizing each other in public when you run into someone off the clock. Be discreet, be smart.

Funny you mention that when I first started to see sex workers in 2005-2007 a sex worker i was seeing heard whispers down the Grapevine of something.
