I recommend booking those who provide 30min sessions on their list of rates. Try to include your (1) name, (2) preferred date, (3) preferred time, and (4) duration of session in your first inquiry/email/text.
Asking someone who clearly does not offer 30min sessions and DOES have their rates in their ad is almost always WOT for both you and them. That's when it may come off as rude.
