Do potential clients requires references from busier agencies like XDS?

I narrowed the wide field of wonderful and well reviewed younger Asian ladies to one SP on XDS XiaoDimSum yesterday. I then texted the number on their website at about noon introducing myself with a brief description. Never got any reply back. Later in the day while on the way to Richmond I texted again politely to ask for availability of that particular lady. Again, no reply. While in Richmond I called, it went to their voice-mail to which I also left them a message to please at least call or text me back....again, nothing!!

Question here is, do the handler(s) at XDS only entertain inquiries from a number that they're familiar with ie, existing customer base? If not, how does one who hasn't dealt with XDS before, get a reply from them? Do they require references?

They don’t require reference, but new clients could be subject to a deposit. I generally contact him on whatsapp and he responds quickly, but I’ve also booked with him more times then my bank manager would like.

I understand. Even then they could've gotten back to me if a deposit is what they requires, but nope.. nothing. That IMHO as a semiretired businessman, I'd deem as pretty rude and unprofessional isn't it. Esp when my SMS messages were all tasteful and polite. Oh well..the hunt goes on.
