In general I would say being older does not garauntee someone is better in bed. It's all about how comfortable one is with oneself, really.

In my limited experience, being a good SP involves a lot more than just how good they are in bed. The worst experience I've had was with an older woman (and I should have trusted my instincts and not gone through with it) but I don't think it was necessarily *because* she was an older woman.

I am an older man (50+) and I much prefer ladies over 30, even up to mid 40s. I have had a number of disappointing experiences with young SPs (younger than 20). Experiences with ladies in their 20s have been mixed.
