Do guys really like when the gals call you cheesy pet names?

I don't mind the little pet names, although it would be better if they used mine. One thing I can't stand, however, is when they start saying how big junior is. I know I am average size in that department, so I just wished they'd stop saying that. But I don't want to tell them in the middle of the act because it would spoil the mood.
