Just out of curiosity, did you phone her or did you get a sample from an audio or video clip?
Not wanting to offend, but in some cases calling can be a good way to verify if they are real, and other times I don't know if it works. There's another local TS provider I called recently that I've seen before. When I phoned the person who answered didn't sound like her at all. Makes me think sometimes they have "friends" working with them or they are connected to an agency.
