I have a coolsat and I have the new rom 102. The problem with the Rom 102 the keys keep changing? Does anybody out their know anybody that can get my coolsat working with the card? As key changes you can do yourself with coolsat. Thanks

I have a Rom 102 Rev 109 which sucks. The reciever 2700 for dishnet doesn't autoroll so I got to go to a dealer. The Coolsat is better cause all u do is update the keys yourself. Do u know anyone in that can help me out with the coolsat?

i am going to bite the bullet and get my setup tomorrow or monday (when stock arrives), as it does not look like a cardless fix will come and when viewsat releases their own card sharing fix, then the prices of the ROM102's will skyrocket. Even now they are expensive at $200 per. I had 2 quotes today at $250. Thankfully a deal is in place for $275 for the reader and the card.

do you have the x2 card reader for the coolsat?? if not you need to get one and install it into the receiver. if you do then make sure you have bin 127 programmed into the receiver and you can "aux" the card using the 8282 key stroke and finding the aux card instruction. don't know where you got your card but it has to be unlocked and below rev109, with rev103 being the most desirable

takes aout 30 secs to program the cardless FTA receivers...Plus you get about 600 channels including PPV, All the Sports and PORN!!!! LoL

1 day later and dish has already begun a response. video stream is being changed causing interruptions to picture. both the norw website and dssrookie have overloaded servers. something is afoot.

i thought they just change the keys???

The new fix that was released today has the autoroll feature with it.

They have been changing the keys twice a day for the last 2 weeks
