I read how guys want girls who offer certain things like "bbbj" or "bbfs".
Really?
Maybe I am different.
I don't want to see someone who offers those things.
Not only is it not safe, but I guess my imagination works up too much and I wonder about how much cleaning went on before the guy before.
I guess I find it funny that some girls won't kiss, but will do things that I consider much more dangerous than kissing.
Is it just me or do other guys feel that way.
I am sure that in our heads they are all virgins and we are the first client, but we know that isn't true.

What lines do you draw, even if she is the hottest SP you have ever seen?

Personal thresholds for risk are all so variable.

Statistical studies of relative risk are nearly impossible to do because of the problem with getting reliable data.

Gonorrhea seems to be more prevalent in low-track women, and rare in college girls. As GC can cause pharyngitis, I would rationalize BBBJ is GC-safe in college girls and high-end intelligent escorts who look after themselves but too risky with low-track.

Chlamdydia (more prevalent in college girls than in low track women) does not survive in the mouth or pharynx so it shouldn't be a problem for BBBJ.

Syphilis is rare in Winnipeg and is hence low-risk for BBBJ and BBFS. Usually low-track too. And it has never developed resistance to Penicillin. Likely never will.

Herpes can go through a condom! It is more commonly transmitted via genitalia than orally, but the mouth can be a vector (Maybe I killed your pooning career right there!). Double-bagging your tool may work better than one just condom. Herpes is a nuisance, but is not debilitating.

HIV is predominately low-track/IV drug abuser stuff in Winnipeg. It does not transmit easily if the areas of contact do not have open sores. That's why it's such a common STI among Africans with poor personal hygiene and consequent open sores. But low track girls in Winnipeg DO carry it. Stay away from Higgins, Sutherland and Jarvis. And any BP girl who looks like she may have worked the street.

The margin of safety most people seem to practice is: BBBJ safe enough with college girls and sophisticated escorts.
BBFS: too risky in all settings.

If she's the hottest girl I have ever seen? Yeah, I admit, more than a few times, if it's really hot the little head has knocked the big head completely unconscious and gotten its dirty way. Damn that little head!

But I get myself tested every 6 months and so far, so good.

Then there is the issue of: Are you dipping your tool in another guy's spunk. Yucchhh! I would cover just to avoid that thought!

Double bagging a condom is a no-no because it leads to breakage! But don't go on my thoughts, best if our nurse chimes in on this one.

Hi f158

I can comment on the above information.

We recommend using one condom at a time. The chance of a condom breaking increases if you double up or if you use a female condom and a male condom together.

Condoms made out of latex or polyurethane provides a good barrier against viruses (like herpes). Condoms made out of lambskin have small pores in them that stop sperm but will allow viruses to go through.

At our clinics it is common to see herpes simplex virus (HSV) type 1 (cold sores) being transmitted to the genitals with oral sex. At some youth clinics they will see more HSV type 1 on the genitals than HSV type 2. I think the reason for this is because many people today did not get HSV type 1 passed to them when they were kids. It seems once you have one type of HSV for at least a few months it is difficult to get the same type in a different part of your body. E.g. If you already get cold sores on your mouth (most likely HSV type 1) it is very unlikely you would get a new HSV type 1 infection on your genitals if someone performed oral sex on you.

Here is a link for more information on HSV.

According to everything i've read, Herpes cannot go "through" an intact non defective condom, specificly the latex and poly types.

"Condoms offer moderate protection against HSV-2 in both men and women, with consistent condom users having a 30% lower risk of HSV-2 acquisition compared with those that never use condoms.[35] A female condom can provide greater protection than the male condom, as it covers the labia.[36] The virus cannot pass through a synthetic condom, but a male condom's effectiveness is limited[37] because herpes ulcers may appear on areas not covered by the male condom. Neither type of condom prevents contact with the scrotum, anus, buttocks, or upper thighs, areas that may come in contact with ulcers or genital secretions during sexual activity."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herpes_simplex#Barrier_methods

For protection on areas condoms don't cover, i wonder if wearing boxer shorts undies might
help, since herpes is spread by skin to skin contact.

I am not sure where you are getting any of your 'facts' lol.

But yes, the picture you paint in the last two comments is priceless. Why don't guys think about that concept, or is that the point of bbfs/daty with a bbfs provider? Latent homosexuality perhaps?

Chlamydia (and gonorhea) do actually survive in the throat, it is entirely possible and proven to pass it to and from via uncovered oral sex.

Winnipeg has just as much of a growing problem with syphillis as many many other larger Canadian cities.

http://www.winnipegfreepress.com/ar...alth-matters/145158525.html?viewAllComments=y

In 2007, a jump in Winnipeg's chlamydia and gonorrhea rates was identified, with the highest levels being in the 15 to 24 year old age group. The surge wasn't entirely unexpected - some of the increase could be attributed to newer and better testing methods. Still, Winnipeg's rates were among the highest in the country. STIs can lead to serious health problems, including infertility, cancer and death. Coming on the heels of an ongoing syphilis outbreak which began in 2003, and the knowledge that the rates of other STIs like hepatitis C and HIV also remained high, it was clear that additional action was needed.

.....

Some have the false belief that they would know if they or their partner has an STI. Others would say that STIs are something that doesn't affect them. Chlamydia in particular is commonly transmitted outside of "high-risk' groups because it often does not cause symptoms, which delays treatment. This is why current guidelines recommend chlamydia screening for all sexually active young adults

There are also a higher number of foreign sex trade workers coming into the country. There is no reason to think they are more or less likely to come in already infected at the rates similar to the rates in their own country amongst sex workers.
