What owner have to learn,
-- Do not get old antie ladies, customers do not want them, they no work, and not make enough money, and for the girl who do bad services and always up her prices, no return clients, how last she is going to stay if not make a lot money???
-- She have to understand about " easy money " what ever is can keep easy for them, when even they want to come/go, how much prices they want to charge/ how bad services they provide just obey them, do not say anything even a lot client compliant, treat them same as a king who bigger then president, president still have to pay tax.... and whole day have to try to fill up all clients for them even some girls all clients say No to her .......... otherwise they will get mad and leave.
-- Do not let's those girls do regular massage because they want only make big money, how she let's those girls do $40+ little bit tip, they want to make $150-$200/ hour, when any client want only regular massage come in just kick them out ,,,,,every single minute for them is $$$$$$$$... the owner. have to be smart to know it if you still want to run this business........... otherwise you can not keep them happy...
