Har gow, Xiu Mai, Xiaolongbao, Beef Stir Fry with Flat Rice Noodles are my favourite.
Western Lake is good.
Avoid Neptune.

The cuisine you are referring to is without a doubt in my top 10 most unfavourable dining experiences so I normally avoid them all
