You left us off the list, but I can tell you what makes us different from those you mentioned..
1. Different customer segment: We cater mostly to Canadian or Westernized clients.
2. Photos/Videos are legit: No beauty cams here... what you see is what you get.
3. Generally the environment is different, if you come compare you will see what I mean. We put a lot of effort into our style.
The shops you mentioned focus mostly on the Chinese market. There are many differences in the expectations between Western and Chinese clientele, so it can be pretty different experiences. For example western people have different beauty standards, expectations about the environment, are looking for social interaction, vs the Chinese market its more about being serviced etc. We try our best to work with local or westernized girls as there are just some stark cultural differences between the two segments. It's more important for us to find girls with a good attitude and fun to be around rather than one that meets some sort of checklist.
Although we do have our site translated in Chinese and run an add on a couple Chinese sites, it's not really our market and doesn't make up a significant portion of our customer base. It's almost impossible to please both client types simultaneously and you kind of need to choose a direction. With this, we always have girls of many different ethnicities.. black, white, thai, viet, filipino, korean etc etc its all fine for us with a pretty equal representation usually. The other shops focus more on Japanese and Korean.
We also tend to have girls work with us for longer durations or repeat stints regularly, vs changing ladies every few weeks. That being said we always have someone new. Just another one of those cultural differences as Chinese clients don't tend to usually repeat twice with the same girl.
You will find those places have a heavy presence in Richmond due to the Chinese population there, where we focus on other areas such as Burnaby, Vancouver, and Surrey.

Has AF considered starting a second "brand" to target that market?
I imagine that some Chinese clients — and even some not-Chinese clients! — might be interested in a version of the average Richmond shop: a shop that hires SPs for services/value over English fluency, invests less into meeting spaces, but with AF's excellent clear communication, honest photos/videos, lack of bait&switch client "routing", and dedication to ensuring that SP keep their promises (provide the services they list, don't rush clients out early, etc.)
Think of it like how Rogers owns Fido, but keeps them as a distinct brand — with its own pricing and promotions that appeal better to a different market segment.
Unfortunately, no. We don't have any plans or desire to do that.
To me, one word to describe AF is 'consistency'. I've tried a few shops mentioned in this thread. Many shops have awesome ladies and rooms, but sometimes I left while feeling underwhelmed. AF is a different story: room's quality and experience with the ladies are always consistent (from good to awesome). When I feel adventurous, I might try other shops. But if I want peace of mind, AF is my top choice.
