Beverly Hills. In the Kitchen eatin' vittles.
Fee of $.27 for a session, which is an unrushed hour.
Just to be clear, when you say $.27 you mean $127.00 for an hour?
That's quite a bit for just a massage. I can go see my RMT for a relaxation massage in a clean, high end setting for $65.00/hr and I can claim it on my insurance.
I know some guys are hoping eventually they will offer R&T but throw in a decent tip and your spending way more than you would at lets say EB/TO.
Not sure why a guy would go here. Even if you don't have insurance, there are lots of attractive female RMT's out there who can provide exactly what these folks are for 1/2 the price.

I couldn't agree more JB. 127.00 for 1 hr massage by a person that isn't a RMT that is off the charts. And by the way why 127???? why not 125 or 130???

Wait, $127 for just a massage? That's highway robbery. When I first read it I thought $27 for the room fee and negotiate something else in the back.

This is one place I won't be going to unless things change.

I think $.27 means $27.00? If it is $127 then I can almost guarantee there is more going on than a massage.
it is 127 in total ... must be the odd number includes tax?
When people were phoning, they were told 127 is the total fee, room + the massage.. no extra fee.
Like I said...the experience is very similar to the session at Oriental Massage on Portage Ave where guys said they pay 80 for the hour, in a bare room with a matress on the floor. SAME type of session at this new place with a classier atmosphere and the use of hot oils and electronic massage devices. Same start and finish. The client can tip if he wants but the lady at the desk says 127 is the total. If I want a massage I would repeat and I know what not to expect. If I want a different type of session I would go elsewhere.
I can't see more attendants being added unless it gets busier.

Good evening gentlemen. Hope you don't mind my jumping on board.............but would like to add my 2 cents.

The licencening department has not issued a licence to own or operate a masage parlor in this city for many many years. Eb, Nevada, and Broadways continues to operate because those establishments grandfathered the licence. when these establishments are"raided", it's simlpy city empoyees showing up unannounced, dressed like police officers.................only to check that all the girls have a licence. If everything clears, they leave.

This new place............I promise you will be raided and shut down within a year. The owners can sugar coat the business, but vice will be on top of them. They will end up being charged with operating a commom body house, and living off the avails. Prostitution in this country is not illegal, however living off the avails IS!

And that is how they (police) get you!

Wow, almost 3 years since Caryn has posted!!
Sounds as if she is assuming this new place will have to get involved in prostitution in order to stay in business?
Is that the only way such a place can survive? Right now clients will find the fee too high - higher than the Oriental place but nicer atmosphere. There is no nudity on part of the attendants at either place.
Seems that the new place thinks they can compete with EB, whose room rates alone are very high for an hour.
Maybe Caryn is right though, as this place will probably not be very busy because of the fee, and apparently is already being watched by LE. How is Wpg ever going to have more massage parlours that can survive?

Sixpack, your mailbox is full.

$127 is close to EB that charges say $60 for the room and $60 tip. But, EB has showers, those wonderful tubs and the girls go topless. I don't think they will be able to compete unless things change.

Right now they might be getting some customers because there will alwasy be those guys who despite eveything that's been said, will go there and lay down the $127.00 hoping the girl will break the rules for them.

Either one of 2 things will have to happen for this new place to surive.
1. They will have to provide more than just a relaxation massage. Like I said before, who in their right mind is going to pay $127.00 for only a massage. I don't care if the masseuse was Sofia Vergara herself. If there is no nudity or "extras":eyebrows: its just a massage and you can get one of those for 1/2 the price at an RMT and claim it on your insurance. If they do this and I can guarantee the cops and their neighbors will be watching, hoping to catch them, they will be shut down faster than you can say "Happy Ending."
2. They will have to lower their fees substantially.

Should be interesting to see how things play out over the next couple of months.

Is it confirmed that this new place is a rub-and-tug shop or is it just performing general massage services? Has anyone experienced any "extra services" first hand (no pun intended). Just curious - PM me if you'd like to keep the info private.

huh????? What I was referring too.............was that nobody is able to establish an MP licence anymore. Because of this fact, operators start up a rub and tug establishmint under a disguise. Vice will do a long term investgation, and therefor have the owners charged with operating a commom body house ( 3 attendants or more). Lving off the avails of prostitution, which is illegal in this country. I personally think this is ridiculous........but it"s the law, and everyone has to kiss someones ass to keep thier job!

On the other hand................it is a great idea that a new place opens in our fine city. This provides a clean safe environment for women in this industery. Hopefully a great place with great service for the fine gentlemen of this city. This is not what politicians or vice want. They want to stamp it out. No licence is issued, and therfor an investigation against the owners, and................the place will be shut down. Period! It"s unfortunate.

Anyone wishing for more info, please pm me.

cheers.

City employees don't dress like police officers if they're dressed like police officers its because they are

I don't know what a "body house" is either. However brothels have to get zoning permit which a government council votes for. In one way they condone the brothel but, they also have a rule on clothing the girls are allowed to wear. They also need to have a license as does the parlor. The good news is in this case the clients have not commit anything illegal. The girls though can get fines and have to appear in court.

Just like any permit it can be revoked. It might be possible to get one again someday if the right location pops up. There are three types of zones residential, commercial, and industrial. The zone where one might be allowed would be industrial.

I am not sure about rules outside of the city though.

I guess you mean't bawdy house.

Visited the location on King your greeted at the door by a guy 2 cell phones on the desk. 87 dollars is the room fee up front. Once in the room they do a good job of massage, hot stones, and Tens machine. Ask you to flip over from stomach to back then off to the final massage. Total is 60 for attendent it was ok but over priced for what you recieve. Total 87 + 60 = 147 about 53 dollars away from something alot better.
