It's NOT going to be a MP. It's going to be a gym/fitness studio that offers therapeutic massage services. The city's stupid license by-law is so strict that it didn't allow for anything other than a MP classification. The owner has basically said that any client asking for a R&T or anything similar would be shown the door. The city has granted them an interim license that has to be revisited in one year's time. If there is any information that sexual services are being offered there, they'll be shut down. Do you think they're stupid enough to allow it to operate as a MP under that kind of scrutiny?
Whatever it was supposed to be, all I know is that there is a big For Sale / For Lease sign out there and no sign of any work, even if a rub and tug or legit, I would say it looks like nothing is happening.
OK, question. Is a rub n tug illegal? Its just a very personal massage. Not sure where the line is between massage and sex, even the President of the USA didn't consider it sex if there wasn't penetration... EB seems to get away with fully clothed HJ, even BJ's don't seem to be an issue. So, with a licensed MP, with MPA's that are licensed (not RMT's or Massage therapists, but having a city license authorizing them to work in an MP), would they consider a rub n tug illegal?

Scanning through that, it looks like there are basically two major restrictions: 1. employees ("massagists") cannot be nude, as defined in the document, and 2. they cannot have anything in print offering nude/sexual services. It doesn't anywhere mention actually providing sexual services, though presumably that is covered under other laws? They're definitely supposed to keep their clothes on, though.
as far as I know Nevada gets raided 2.5 times a year on average. I asked few girls there and ended up with that number.

.. oh man!!! (I couldn't stop laughing for a full minute.) so... the real question is, has any one tried the new parlor yet?
So, In my travels today I went by the new MP and what do my little beady eyes see.........an unmarked Cruiser sitting and Idling with the Boyz watching the place. Just kept moving along, who needs the hassle.
Checked it out today ... no police around, wasn't worried anyway cuz everything appears to be a legitimate massage parlour and I had no intentions of robbing them.

Fee of $.27 for a session, which is an unrushed hour. No variation in session length or fee. Three new pleasant massage rooms setup so far. Lots of room in the back for expansion, washrooms are there. Attendant is a good looking black lady who is licensed and has taken some training in massage therapy. She has worked in other parlours in the city and knows a lot about them. The female manager is also a very friendly black lady. Everything is new and tidy, very comfortable. New professional massage tables, great relaxing music, hot oils, hot rocks, electro stimulation device, and good conversation if you wish. Lady is fully clothed and the client is nude with a covering sheet. Great massage all over, using the oils and accessories in the first half of the session. I doubt if the lady will ever not be clothed as the intent is to be a legitimate massage parlour. Hours are 10 am - 7 pm. The attendant deserves and does appreciate tips. It is similar to the Oriental Massage on Portage Avenue but in a much nicer atmosphere, along with a higher fee. I will repeat when it is time for a relaxing massage. They will probably have more attendants soon .. have seen some ads.
