Recently i made my first ever appointment with an escort, incall, went to her building and waited in the lobby but she never came down and didnt reply to my calls. she seemed genuine so why didnt she show
I think maybe she saw me, saw i was ugly and declined. I was left feeling sad.

You should try your luck with some reputable agencies (WCA, 1122 for example) or some well reviewed independant ladies. Search a couple boards and see if any ladies suit what you're looking for. I agree with what's said here. There could be numerous reasons why she no showed. You could also be fat and ugly too. :heh:
Most likely she knows you or your friends. Vancouver is a small town.

Also, what is her age? Younger girls will be pickier because they just don't care about their job, especially if they don't have a raging coke habit to support. Think back when you were 19, did you honestly care about your job?

One thing that sounds strange is that you waited in the lobby. It's not how things are normally done, unless it was a hotel with keycards in the elevators or the building's buzzer was broken. Pay attention to the instructions the escorts give you; e.g. if you are told to text or email when you arrive, do that, as they may not be able to answer a phone call.

As others said, don't assume anything is wrong with you. You definitely can find many women who'd want to see you. Escorts (at least those who are good) are not choosy. At least, she should have told you if she could not see you.

See somebody who's consistently well reviewed on PERB. A smaller portion of escorts have restrictions on clients (minimum age, maximum age, sometimes race or even weight), those are usually known in advance. I for one am VERY choosy! Of course non of what I care about could be determined by looking at someome across a lobby. I agree with most of the guys on the board, it is very unlikely it had anything to so with you, she was probably just a fake (should probably throw a review up so others can avoid the disappointment involved).
