away to my neice who is a huge fan of the Messier era, and who spent a ton of time with my dad before he passed away just after the new year. I told her that she was the one call I was going to make before I put them on e-bay. Sorry I missed the Messier ceremony, but glad I missed the game. With the fans reaction to Smyth being traded I may be able to improve my seating next year.

I went it was a great time- the kicker was we knew that Smyth was traded and most people were / still are asking why? We have season tickets a lot of folks were asking for them -

That would be the Canucks who are how far ahead of the Oilers this year? Hope the Olers can find an open golf course during April in Edmonton (Hey, as a Canuck fan since sometime in the last century, I gotta get my shots in when I can.......!).

I saw it on TV and I don't think it worth the money some people were playing at ebay. It was short and they should have each of the old Oilers say a few words instead of just standing there.
I went to the Messier event at Winspear and I think that was way better, only cost little more than three hundred dollars with part of it tax deductable.
