Over the years I have not noticed anything common other than ladies who are into the moment seem to have no problem. Smaller ladies can be an issue. However there are exceptions to that rule. Shelley from years gone by and Kim both small did not have an issue. I have noticed as I get older that more ladies complain about me. I do know that Catherine is taller and she claims she does not have an issue. MJ was taller and seemed to be ok. VV was taller and ok with me. So maybe you are onto something.
