I'm looking at doing my first massage parlor, but no idea how it works, I assume there is a fee you pay up front but what about the girls? Is there a standard payment? Is that discussed? Or you just see what happens?

yes the rates at diamonds are usually standard. you pay a room fee up front which i cant' remember but its something like 50$ fo 30min and 80$hr. There are jacuzzui options as well. In the room I think it is $140 for full service these days but i haven't been in a few years. But plan on that being a rough budget. Ask the lady up front what the rates are, I was always told what to expect in the room for prices. I also found that whether you wanted fs or bj it didnt affect the rates. If you want something off the beaten path, bring lots of money and hope you pick a lady that has a sense of adventure. One lady I saw there told me a dude showed up once with a full strap on rig, they worked out the deal $ and she went to town on him.
