Went there and decided to see Shelly ,Was told she was only seeing regulars ? Really ?
In the end you can decide whether this is unreasonable or not but in the current cliimate maybe she only has time for her regulars?
Maybe she is only seeing a few clients/shift to allow for proper cleaning, etc between sessions. Maybe she is working less and thus has less availability?
She obviously want sot keep her regulars happy and you can't blame her for that. In business it takes way less effort and time to maintain clients than go out a get new ones.
I have a friend who is a dnetist and at their office they are only seeing regular clients right now. No new patients. They are so backed up from Covid that they are busy just catching up with their regular clients and they do not have time to see new patients. He doesn't like it but with all the restrictions and new protocols they have in place they have no choice.
I guess all I am saying is that Covid has changed so many aspects of the service industry and many of these changes are just as much a pain for the provider as the customer. We all need to be more patient whether it's with our SP's or other businesses we deal with.
