It's been well reviewed over the years... that being said, those reviews are all dated as it's closed, reopened so many times that I don't recall what the current verdict is
Myself, I went there a few times years ago, and prefer the places across the street (Hyatt on the 3rd floor, and the other place on the 1st.. can't remember the name right now). Of the latter two, I preferred Hyatt (see my reviews).
