I visited an sp and was looking forward for covered blow job only. Before starting the sp cleaned my penis with baby wipes. Started with a CBJ and went for covered sex. As I dint want it , i stopped her withinn the the time she didtwo strokes. She went back removed the condom and cleaned my penis with the baby wipe. Put on another condom and completed the CBJ. Afterwards I cleaned up with a new wipe and left.

After a day , my penis started to go very dry and itchy skin , soon white skin flakes formed on my penis. I assumed that due my habitual masturbating my skin is gone dry. I have been moisturizing which helped but I see now that my penis skin is like a prune skin and the skin gets cut when I masturbate.

I do not have any secretions in my penis nor any burning sensations .

Are these STD SYMPTOMS ?

The SP was my first and I only did CBJ expect for those two strokes.

Please let me know

Hi Ijinxed

It is difficult to diagnose medical conditions over the internet but what I can do is give you some suggestions on what you can do next.

It does not sound like an STI from what you have described (dry itchy skin), especially since it showed up the next day (usually takes a few days for symptoms of an STI to show up).

I wonder if it could be an allergic reaction to the baby wipes that were used, a possible yeast condition.

It is common for me to see men with dry flaky skin on their genitals if they have been cleaning their penis too much with a strong soap or cleaner. People can over clean if they are worried about getting an STI. Too much cleaning can damage the skin and make it easier for an STI to get in.

Moisturizer or lube defiantly helps with masturbation.

Using a condom for oral and vaginal sex will definitely lower your risk.

I would recommend that you come into an STI clinic or have a doctor/nurse have a look at it. They would probably give you a good idea by just looking at it.

Here is a link for STI clinics.

Thank you Health Nurse for the reply

I am in Toronto . I went to a regular walk in clinic and showed it. The doctor says its dry skin. It's not yeast infection also. I was asked to use moisturizer .

I am allergic to certain creams/ moisturizing buters. This is same with the wipes. Can you recommend me a cream for dryness and something for the allergy

Hi Ijinxed

That is good news.

It is hard for me to recommend any type of product over the internet without knowing your full history and being able to see the patch of skin.

One of the best people to ask will be your local pharmacist. They will have good product knowledge of what is in the store and you could explain to them what has caused problems with you in the past. They should be able to recommend a product for you to try.
