I choose air popped popcorn with a little bit of coconut oil and avocado oil and a herbal spicy mix instead of salt as a snack most of the time. But then I’ll eat ice cream every day for a week or two. And even with the treadmill, my jeans won’t fit. So then I’m like, Harmony! Stop it! So then I behave for awhile. And the cycle continues hahaha ad infinitumDitto!! I’ve been making healthier dessert choices for awhile now, but that Chia seed pudding just doesn’t quite hit the same.
Every so often I pick up a fancy pastry from Working Culture, as a special treat. Best bakery ever.

Deserts aren't boring. They are beautiful in their own way just like any other biome like a rainforest they support their own unique plant and animal species.
