Definition Of "Spinner"

Checked the vocab thread, not listed. I know "SP", but what constitutes
"Spinner"?

I think this term is thrown around a lot, and different people will have different definitions.

But in a general sense, I think it refers to a short, thin woman. I've often seen the term used to describe a woman who weighs 100 pounds or less.
