So...having some wild and crazy sex with my girlfriend last night. Feel a strange tingling feeling from my 'guy'...didn't think anything of it.

Switch positions and...wow...lots of blood on the tip...I ask her if it's her time, but it's not...Then I go "uh..." and race to the bathroom thinking I tore something.

Long story short, apparently Hematospermia a common blood clot issue for men in their 30s where there is a clot in one of your ducts (think of your nose if you blow it too often) that busts during sex and then you have blood in your ejaculate.

Best case scenario - it just goes away.

Worst case - signs of other urological/prostrate issues

Scariest bloody thing ever (pun intended). Sex did not continue last night and now I'm scared to even masturbate...

...time to make a doctor's appt to rule out the worst case scenarios...

I know how you feel. It's always the unknown that is so unsettling. I once had small traces of blood in both my urine and semen. Upon a visit to the doctor, it was determined that my problem was most likely the early development stage of kidney stones where tiny stones were being scraped through the canal with each go. Three weeks prior I do recall far too many evenings of fine wine and cheese. So not only did I have to cut out most dairy, I also had to drink more water. No meds were prescribed. Three days later, voila... no worries.

Again, good luck and I hope it's nothing serious.
