On the cab ride home this morning from some errands
While making my mental checklist of things I needed to do
-who & when
,
-what: today, this week, this month
my mind wandered to the idea
that one day I`d like to have children
and all the stuff I`d like to teach them
"Hmmm, So many things - I better make a list..."
1. Teach them manners: so that others will love them and care for them when they are not in my presence.
2. Teach them how to appreciate the goodness in people: so that they can enjoy the company of all kinds of people, as no one is entirely good or bad
3. Teach them to respect Time - Theirs and Others : because you can repay money, but time cannot be made up- whether it be 15 minutes or an hour - that time is lost forever
4. Teach them how to apologize: as they will make mistakes and need to make amends for their shortcomings

I am sorry for the mischief I caused,
my ignorance and gross oversight of the consequences of my actions,
