Can you request a different schedule or bus route than this Pyscho at work?
Mmmm....it's a pretty small operation, with three different shifts that overlap each other. So it's pretty hard not to be seeing him during the week. If I had to, I could probably go back to my old job, which I intended to in the spring.

Told another driver about the incident, he said 'good for you, for standing up to him'. The other guys just take it and tend to cower to his temper.

This guy is a typical bully. The only way to handle him is call him on his outbursts, in front of others (not alone). Tell him point blank that you, for one, will not be intimidated by him, nor will you allow him to intimidate others.

Then, when he goes to the washroom, follow him in and kick the living shit out of him (make sure you're alone for that one).

In a little slice of Heaven.
and here I thought the riders were the ones who had all the problems...

Maybe we should give his route a little extra attention on your behalf....you know a perb snowing! Im sure we can all act a little crazy and drive him a little more nuts!
