You're speaking out of total ignorance. Blood and sperm have by far the highest concentrations of HIV, so it's not like comparing it to saliva or other fluids at all. This is why the medical community strongly advises against unprotected intercourse with someone you don't know, including getting cum in the mouth or having sex during someone's period.
