Personally, I give love to every girl who shares my intimate company, SP or otherwise. What did the over 2000 year old commandment say? “To love one another” Perhaps I’ve been lucky because the majority of my encounters with SP’s have been spectacular.

KYG, not only do relationships between SP’s and their Clients have problems but others outside of this biz do as well. People in general have become suspicious of all loving relationships and dismiss them as naïve or we see them as a fantasies. Far too many tend to think no one could really care about anyone else without having an ulterior motive. The components of love such as trust, honor, commitment, giving and affection are relegated to the realm of clichés and are disregarded.

I’m uncertain if I’ll ever again find a soul mate to share love with unconditionally. But if I did, it would be based on faith in a higher source and every expression of my love to her will be given freely and without condition. And, with that same faith, I’d have confidence she would share the same with me.

Friendship in the aftermath...

That would depend on you and how much or little damage was done to make things not work out. All my ex's wanted at one point to remain at least friends, but it's just a painful reminder to me of how things failed. They'll call me when they're feeling down and truthfully I've never been the shoulder to cry on guy nor ever want to be. I'll give my SO everything I have and then some, but if it doesn't work... I think it's better to take what I learned and apply it to future relationships.

Whatever you decide to do remember listening to your heart is one thing, but communication and honesty are the bare minimums to making a good relationship work.

KYG- don't take the bitterness or that which has not worked out here cloud your decisions. Base it on what the heart tells you is real. Only those who have lived it can say it.

As matter in fact, 3 so 'termed' pimps and I were having drinks tonight discussing this thread and we all came to the same conclusion. Firstly we were all mad at those who have no understanding (but who can blame folks when they have no idea), then we were laughing our asses off, then we all got serious and feel that you should not base your decision on the logical- life is too short.

But you don't have to crash your ship on the rocks to know that it's a bad fuckin' idea. I've dated half a dozen strippers, lived with a prostitute (platonically), and my conclusion is that basic intuition is correct. Rocks bad.

Why does logic get such a bad rap? Must be all the movies and stories which show passion and recklessness triumphing over sense and reason. It could happen, but the odds are insane.
